Dee- FLV stands for flash video. It is a format which has good quality and is good for streaming. ala Viddler

G’day Nelson,
Thank you for these free videos. I’ve watched them all and they vary in their apparent affect. The “sexxy” one I have to turn the music off because anything that is even vaguely ‘rap’ is way beyond irritating; the one made for women isn’t me, of course; “waiting on the sun” seems to have little affect — so far. However(!!!) the “angels” video… mate, I have no idea (at the moment) what it is about that one. I mean, I am a strong, independent, VERY capable sort of guy who NEVER see’s himself as powerless, but as soon as it starts, tears well up in my eyes and stream down my face all the way through, and for some time after; so it’s obviously getting at something significant that is buried in my psyche. I can’t put words around what it feels like, which amazes me because I’m a writer (amongst other things), so words are ‘my thing’. But perhaps I feel… gentler. While I don’t know yet how, it feels like it’s doing me good, so I’ll keep it up. This is only my second day of watching, and I will do it at least once a day, probably twice, minimum; I’ll report back in a couple of weeks. All the best, Steve.
The thing I forgot to mention is that from my immediately previous message — obviously, and I’m not sure to what extent I’m surprised by this — but subliminal messages do ‘get in’ and have an affect. So, for those people who insist on the accuracy of apparent(?!) scientific research which says subliminal messaging has no effect, I have one word, and that word is: Wrong!! I also have a second word: Wrong!! Guess what my third word would be…?

You’re not the only one that these make cry so don’t feel strange, it trips up something buried in you and it gives you a chance to deal with it. You can change up videos, or watch all, switch, etc… As long as you are doing the written exercises along with them each time you view ONE video, it will be fine.

I have been watching these videos for about 4 weeks. I start out my morning with a video, then work out, read something inspirational and write my intentions for my day. I started watching the videos first and wanted to develop a routine to start my day. Within two times of watching I came up with this routine and everyday I have the ability to create great days and be inspired. I rarely feel teary but I always end feeling strong and capable at the end of watching. Thank you for sharing these. I will be getting more!
