How To Know If You Are On The Right Track With “The 10-Minute Ritual”.

1- You got the video rolling as a primer. Blasting you with audio and video subliminal messages. You jot down any thoughts that come to mind as you are watching it.

2- You launch right into the writing exercise. As you are writing in Step 3, you should be getting this unique feeling right in your belly, sort of a *glowing* sensation — as if what your wrote down in Step 1 has happened and IS happening right now!

3- Once you get that feeling, close your eyes and hold it (that feeling) there for as long as you can. Open your eyes, keep writing… get that feeling going even stronger…   then close your eyes and hold it there and put the picture together in your mind. and so on…   I suggest you do this writing/feeling/visualizing for 10 minutes everyday AFTER you’ve watched the video.

It will rock your world!
