5. Increase your intake of fiber. You need fiber in the body to help flush out the toxins building up in your colon. You also have to do this to reduce calories and get rid of the fatty buildup.
6. Don’t worry, be happy. It’s interesting to note how worry can cause your blood pressure to go up. After all, it brings a lot of stress. As they say stop sweating the small stuff.
